Refund Notice: For representatives who have paid in advance and are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact the conference team before March 20, 2025 (Beijing time) to apply for a refund. The conference registration fee can be refunded at a rate of 80%. Before April 1, 2025 (Beijing time), refunds can be made at a rate of 60%. After April 1, refunds will no longer be processed. Please arrange your attendance plan in advance.
